Screening Steps
New Graduate RecruitmentSTAFF'S VOICE
STEP1Entry
Until early May
We accept entries by mail or by email. Please send us your resume and portfolio.
STEP2Document Screening
We will carry out a document screening based on the resumes and portfolios sent to us. Those who pass the document screening will be informed about the interview process.
STEP3Interview
From mid-May onwards
Candidates will be invited for interview screenings at our office.
STEP4Informal Job Offer
Informal job offers will be extended to those people who pass the interviews.
Part Time / Freelance
We offer a rapid screening that runs through the steps within three business days.
STEP1Entry
We receive entries by mail or by email.
STEP2Document Screening
We will carry out a document screening based on the resumes, career histories, and portfolios sent to us. Those people who pass the document screening will be informed about the interview process.
STEP3Interview
We will have candidates come to our office and screen them through interviews.
STEP4Hiring
Those people who pass the interviews will be hired. Once candidates have become a member of the QREAZY team we will set our sites on making greater strides forwards together.

Jobs We're Looking to Fill
12D Designers&Illustrators2D Designers & Illustrators produce illustrations using graphics software.
Other tasks include creating design drawings that will serve as the basis for character design, matte painting, and 3D models.
2ModelersModelers perform the modeling for things like characters, creatures, mechanisms, backgrounds, and props, and also produce the materials and textures involved in these.
3AnimatorsAnimators create various types of animation, including everything from realistic movements to stylized movements.
4CompositorsCompositors combine rendered pictures with AfterEffects to create final images. They also produce the materials for special effects and so forth.
5Project ManagersProject managers assist, promote, and manage production for each project.
6Web DesignersWeb Designers handle webpage design as well as the 2D and 3D production, coding work, and updating of information that this entails.

Application Requirements
New Graduate Recruitment
- Work
contents - Basically, recruits will be asked to take on any challenge, such as 3D and 2D design, modeling, animation, compositing, CG production assistance, and webpage design.
- Eligibility
- People who have graduated from high school or who have equivalent or higher academic abilities.
Preferential treatment will be given to people who have completed painting, sculpting, design, or similar courses at an arts college or vocational school. - Salary
- Starting salary: 180,000 yen and up
Allowances: Technical skills allowance, allowance for dependants, overtime allowance, allowance for working late at night, allowance for working on holidays
Commutation costs: Up to 20,000 yen / month paid
Bonuses: Once annual account settlement bonus
Raises: Once annually
Welfare programs, etc.: Welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, accident insurance
We offer a retirement benefits package

People who value teamwork and communication and can provide basic responses.
We are looking for people who just like creating things, whether it’s drawings, handicrafts, or whatever! - Salary
- Hourly wage: 900 yen and up
(We will consider changing the contract type based upon the applicant’s technical skills.)
